While it is not necessary to have our contact information on the paperwork, we strongly recommend it. Imports–like e-mails–will occasionally be marked as SPAM: clearance requests are sent to the wrong broker or none at all. This can cause lengthy delays, and providing our contact information is the best way to avoid this.

We encourage new clients to use our autoclear feature to ‘teach’ their supply chain to use Border Bee as their customs broker. After several importations, all imports should flow through Border Bee instantly.
